Uhm, if we made circumcisions illegal, then your uncircumcised penis wouldn't be wierd, right? It would be the same as everyone else...

And I think knowledge on cleaning it would be more prevalent, if everyone was not circumcised. Hell, I AM circumcised, and I clean my penis two, three, fours time daily ;)
