Cast Iron
Cast Iron is the best way to cook…just don’t cook anything that needs cheese. BIG MISTAKE! Cast Iron is perfect if you want to fry potatoes or something like that. It cooks evenly.

Yeah, I was surprised to learn how the Wok actually cooks. The goal is to sear the veggies in the bottom of the pan, them move them up the sides to lower heat while you sear other stuff. Makes me want a Wok 🙂
