Everybody seems to have unique coping strategies for those times when you’re stressed to the max. Christy and I are definitely at that point at the moment: trying to close on a new house, get our old one sold, get packed, take care of kids who are turning into teenagers early, and the looming prospect of unemployment when my contract is done.
Me, I de-stress sometimes by playing video games. Used to be that I’d go running, and that helped (though it killed my knees at the time since I was forty pounds heavier).
What do you do to de-stress?

wow
What does de-stress mean?
Kidding.
I write or draw.. or when Im too stressed to do that, I will order a pizza, kick back a non-diet Mt. Dew or a nice Guiness, and find the most intense action ,horror, or karate film i can and just veg out.
intense movie?
Holy Cow, an intense movie would stress me out even more. Although I like the eating part. But I’m trying to get out of that trend at the moment. Exercise helps me release some of those nasty toxins, but it’s just not quite enough right now.–

IN TEN CITIES
Well, by intense I mean this:
A roller-coaster ride of a movie, so either a Die hard or Freddy Vs. Jason, or Jackie Chan kind of intense.. Not emotionally, mentally, or that kind of intense.
Basically something that is in your face enough to make you kind of forget the day youre having, but also that makes you able to shut off the old noggin for 2 hours.
Destress
I go hug my kids and grandkids. Love ya Matt.
Wonder who that was…
A drive-by hugging? How many people do I know in the world that are with an ISP based in Minneapolis, Minnesota? And that say “Love ya”? I’m so confused…
