My company offers this as a benefit too – although we have not used it yet. I am thinking that i will sign up for it next year. I don’t have a will set up yet, so that would be my primary purpose for signing up for it. I have a couple co-workers who have signed up to use it in the past, and have said that sometimes the speed on turning information around for them was difficult – depending on the services they were using.
