http://www.informationliberation.com/?multimedia Umm…okay, another startling bit of reality intrudes itself into our perceptions please watch this movie… it’s kinda boring, but it has a lot of interesting facts bound up into it It’s called ‘Zeitgeist’
and yah, I know a lot of people are going to think it’s a lot of tinfoil hat stuff, but so far all of the research I have done on them proved out to be true. but then again, don’t trust me, research it yourself and find out 🙂
I have researched a few…
I have researched a few of the claims. I’ll only address one. 911 deniers: They are akin to Holocaust deniers and flat-earthers. Theories regarding “controlled demolition” of the Twin Towers are pure bupkus. I agree that yes, there are some suspicious factors. I’m certain none of us have the full story. However, this much is clear: jetliners flew into the Pentagon, Twin Towers, and a New Jersey field. The passengers aboard those jets are gone, and the debris from those jets was clearly found at the crash sites. We can argue other stuff, but “controlled demolition” is pure baloney.
We can argue who was on the planes, what their roles were, whether they actually hijacked the planes with box-knives or not, and more. There is some room for negotiation where there is a lack of physical evidence. But where the evidence is clear, compelling, and obviously explained using science and the available facts rather than theories about maintaining explosives for half a century in one of the world’s tallest buildings for which there is zero physical evidence… I’ll take the absence of evidence as evidence of absence in this case.
As far as some of the other things go, I am concerned about growing corporate power, the relinquishment of the American dollar to a private bank, and other issues like that. On the one hand, the conspiracy theories try to tie a nice story wrapper around the facts. On the other hand, I have great faith in the general incompetence of even the most motivated of people to get large-scale projects off the ground and running as they wish.
Given the choice between attributing an action to stupidity or malice, most of the time I’ll pick stupidity. And I’ll usually be right!
