As many of you know, I am back working with QO Theatre. I have been doing alot of set design / lighting / and construction. This fall we are doing Peter Pan.
Here is my question…
We need a “voice” for tinkerbell. We have heard of another theater digitizing / sythisizing someones voice to create a voice for Tinkerbell.
Any ideas on how we can accomplish this?

Do It From The Audience
I say: get sassy and tongue-in-cheek with the Tinkerbell part.
Unless the overall direction of the show is to create the fairyland, spellbound effect so that parents can bring kids, dress Tinkerbell up in street gang, urban hood garb and put her/him in the audience seating area with a wireless microphone. Have him/her go off. It will be hilarious and provide a humorous twist on the show.
That’s my professional theatre publisher’s take on the situation.
